The dining area is decorated with warm, rich tones and the long table seats up to 12 guests. Fully equipped for both formal entertaining and corporate strategy, the dining room has a 42-inch plasma screen ideal for corporate presentations, and the entire room is fully cabled for video conferencing, computer presentations and digital communication. TIARA has accommodation for 10 guests comfortably or 12 guests with the use of two Pullman beds. PHOCEA, 246' (75.15m) Builder: DCAN Toulon Designer: Michel Bigoin PHOCEA was built at the Toulon Naval Dockyard in 1976 for the well-reputed, single-handed yachtsman Alain Colas. Shortly after competing in the Observer Single Handed Transatlantic Race she was converted into the charter yacht CLUB MEDITERRANEE. In July 1997, PHOCEA was purchased by her existing Owner and she began her transformation into a luxury sailing yacht at Lurssen. Whilst retaining her unmistakable identity, she has benefited from major interior and exterior upgrading throughout. The interior boasts fine living and accommodation areas with beautiful wood panelling, tasteful decorations and some exquisite David Linley furniture. Mirabella V, 246' (74m) Vosper Thornycroft (UK) 2004 for 12 guests Mirabella V is an exceptional sailing yacht. Currently she is the largest sloop ever built and offers the space and accommodation of a large motor yacht at the same time as the pleasures of being under sail. The yacht features a full beam main suite, with separate dressing areas and bathrooms. In addition, six beautifully appointed staterooms are available which can accommodate up to a total of twelve guests. Each stateroom has large windows, full size en-suite bathrooms, satellite TV with surround sound, DVD and complete audio systems. Dining is available on the skydeck, the covered cockpit or, more formally, in the main dining room, which is capable of seating any number of guests from 12 to 20.
